The Office of Institutional Equity, Effectiveness, and Success provides strategic support to the college in the areas of research, planning, outcomes assessment, evaluation of programs and services, accreditation, coordination of college-wide initiatives, and integration of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) efforts.

All of the service areas under the Office of Institutional Equity, Effectiveness, and Success work collaboratively with each other and with all other areas throughout the district. We utilize evidence-based, student-centered, and equity-minded approaches to achieve access, momentum, completion, and post-graduation success for all of our students.
